"They Fixed It REALLY Fast"
I had a little issue where my tickets weren’t showing up right after checkout, so I reached out to them. i was a bit stressed at first, but they replied the same day and got everything fixed without turning it into a whole big thing. Super easy and no hassle. I’d definitely use them again.

"Booking Felt More Annoying Than It Should’ve"
I was just trying to find decent seats, but the site made it way harder than it needed to be. The pages were loading slowly, and it took a while to figure out what was actually available. The tickets did come through in the end, so it all worked out, but the emails were confusing. I had to ask twice what was actually going on, which made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. I was already having one of those days where even making coffee felt like a project, so the unclear updates definitely didn’t help. For something that should’ve been simple, it felt a little more complicated than expected.

"Tickets worked, but the support replies felt canned"
The tickets were legit and I got in without any problems, so that part was fine. I just wish the communication felt a little more human. Any time I had a question, the response sounded like one of those copy-paste canned apologies instead of someone actually reading what I wrote.

I used 714Tickets.com for a game, my gut feeling was that everything was going to be fine, and it was. The seats were exactly where they showed when I bought them, no weird last-minute surprise or different section when the tickets came through. The view matched what I had in mind, which was really all I was hoping for. Super straightforward experience, and I’d definitely use them again

"Fees were kinda riduclous"
I was annoyed. The ticket looked like one price at first, but by the time all the fees got added, it was basically double. Not cool at all.

"Tickets took way too long to arrive"
I did get my tickets in the end, but they came much later than I expected. I kept refreshing my email and was getting stressed as the event got closer. I also had to wait in a queue for help, which just made the whole thing more annoying. Everything worked out eventually, but it definitely wasn’t a great experience.

I ordered tickets from 714tickets for a game i was a little nervous at first, who isn’t when buying tickets online? But everything worked out just fine. The tickets arrived when they said they would, scanned at the gate with no problem, and that was pretty much it. What more can you really ask for? Super simple experience overall.

"Tickets worked out, but support was slow"
In the end, the tickets were fine, so I guess I can’t complain too much. But getting help from 714tickets was kind of frustrating. I emailed with a question and it took longer than I expected to get a response. When they finally replied, it was short and didn’t really cover everything I asked. It wasn’t a terrible experience, and things did work out, but I’m not exactly impressed with the customer service...

I canceled my tickets and figured the refund would show up in a few days or so, but it’s been what feels like a few weeks now and I still haven’t gotten it. the whole thing has been a bit of a headache.

"Checkout was quick, shockingly no drama"
I bought tickets on 714Tickets.com and, the checkout was easy. I was fully expecting some glitchy mess or those fun little surprise fees that magically appear at the end, but thankfully it was actually straightforward for once.

The payment went through fast, and the confirmation email showed up right away, which apparently is not too much to ask. Nothing over-the-top to report, it just worked like it was supposed to. I’d use them again.
